I deliberately placed the photos of the hostages on the side panels of the altar and not on top of the altar. On top of the altar a bleeding black box inscribed: “the Israeli government 2023/4”. This to say: the government and not the hostages will be sacrificed on the altar. However the government continues to cling to power “gripping the horns of the altar” as the saying in Hebrew goes.
