At first, when I told people close to me about the rotten legal system with regards to divorce proceedings, they said I wasn't a victim and that I should start managing things myself. Since then, I took the reins and started managing everything I could, including getting help from family and close friends. My message to women in similar procedures is to start managing on their own, because no one will do it for them, and that is part of taking responsibility and growing.
